Ryu Jin, Chairman of the Korea Economic Association, participated in the nationwide campaign to reduce plastic usage, the 'ByeBye Plastic (BBP) Challenge.'
In the challenge video uploaded on the HankyungTV YouTube channel on the 13th, Chairman Ryu said, "The Korea Economic Association will take the lead in small actions to protect the environment," and urged, "Please join the ByeBye Plastic Challenge to reduce unnecessary plastic use."

Chairman Ryu participated in the BBP Challenge following the nomination by Chey Tae-won, Chairman of SK Group, who joined the campaign last month as Chairman of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ryu nominated Park Chan-ho, the first Korean Major League Baseball player, and Cho Hyun-jae, Chairman of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, as the next participants.
