View original imageThe morning low temperature is forecast to be between -4 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high temperature between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius.
Fine dust concentration is expected to be at a 'normal' level across all regions. However, the Seoul metropolitan area and Gangwon Yeongseo are expected to experience temporarily 'bad' levels at night.
Strong winds are expected from the afternoon in Gangwon Yeongdong, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, and the eastern coast of Gyeongbuk, so caution is advised for facility management.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
