Boundary Decision for Unconfirmed Land Boundaries in Hapcheon 3 District
Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam Province, announced on the 12th that it held the 1st Hapcheon-gun Boundary Determination Committee meeting to decide the boundaries of parcels in seven districts including Hapcheon 6 District for the 2023 Cadastral Resurvey Project, as well as the boundaries of undetermined lands in Hapcheon 3 District from 2020.
At this Boundary Determination Committee meeting, 11 members attended, including representatives of landowners from each district, eup and myeon chiefs, and experts related to the cadastral resurvey project.
The committee reviewed the validity of boundary settings for lands where cadastral resurvey surveying and boundary consultations were completed and cadastral confirmation reports were prepared, as well as lands for which opinions were submitted regarding the cadastral confirmation reports, and decided on new boundaries.
The boundary determination results decided by the Hapcheon-gun Boundary Determination Committee will be notified to landowners and stakeholders.
Landowners who have objections to the boundary determination may file an objection regarding the boundary within 60 days from the date they receive the notification.

If no objections are filed, the boundaries will be finalized, and adjustments and settlements for area increases or decreases per parcel will be made, followed by the preparation of new cadastral records to complete the project.
