Hugh McDonald, Secretary of Commerce of Arkansas, USA, and his delegation visited Lee Cheol-woo, Governor of Gyeongsangbuk-do, on the 10th to discuss ways to promote friendly exchange and cooperation between Gyeongsangbuk-do and Arkansas.
Arkansas is a state located in the south-central region of the United States and is the hometown of Korean War hero General MacArthur, who was from Little Rock, Arkansas. The state has a developed agriculture and food industry, and the energy industry is also one of its major sectors.
