Korea Rail Network Authority Recruits 900 Members for 'Technical Advisory Committee' Participation
The Korea Rail Network Authority announced on the 8th that it will publicly recruit about 900 members to participate in the "11th Technical Advisory Committee" until the 15th of this month.
The committee is responsible for providing consultation and review regarding the appropriateness of design and construction in railway construction projects implemented by the Rail Network Authority. The term of the recruited members is two years, from June 1, this year, to May 31, 2026.
The recruitment fields include 21 areas such as railway planning, civil engineering construction, track, tunnel, environment, architectural construction, signal control, information and communication, safety and quality, and smart technology.

The Rail Network Authority has been organizing and operating the committee since 2004. In particular, the newly recruited 11th committee this month allows Rail Network Authority employees to apply, which is expected to strengthen the overall substance of railway construction projects.

Lee Seong-hae, Chairman of the Rail Network Authority, said, "I hope many railway experts will take an interest and participate in the recruitment of committee members," and added, "The Rail Network Authority will continue to actively accept expert opinions from the committee and strive to practice railway management that prioritizes customers."
