KB Securities Hosts Overseas Stock Investment Idea Contest
KB Securities announced on the 7th that it will hold an overseas stock investment idea competition in collaboration with the university student joint stock economy club 'Winning Fund.'
This competition is organized by the KB Securities Prime Club Squad and was planned to share with PRIME CLUB subscribers the understanding of global stock market trends, accumulation of knowledge about overseas stocks, and fresh ideas on overseas stock investment from university students representing the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), at a time when interest in not only domestic stocks but also overseas stocks is gradually increasing.
Min Jaeki, leader of the Prime Club Squad, emphasized the significance of the competition, saying, "Beyond a simple contest, this will be a valuable opportunity for university student participants to have their well-honed investment ideas evaluated by general customers who actually trade stocks. At the same time, it will be a meaningful event that can provide investment insights to PRIME CLUB subscribers through the students' innovative investment ideas."
The competition will be broadcast live through KB Securities PRIME CLUB real-time securities broadcasting, and any PRIME CLUB member can watch it.
Each team participating in the competition consists of one university student from the university student joint stock economy club ‘Winning Fund’ and one PRIME CP (Content Provider). The first preliminary round will be held at 4 p.m. on the 8th, the second preliminary round at 4 p.m. on the 15th, and the two teams that win the first and second preliminaries will compete in the final round at 2 p.m. on the 22nd.
The winning teams of the first and second preliminaries and the final round will be decided by real-time voting from PRIME CLUB members watching the live broadcast. Additionally, an event will be held where 400 customers who participate in the voting will be selected to receive a 10,000 KRW overseas stock coupon.
