Gyeonggi-do Supports Development of Semiconductor Post-Process 'Assembly and Inspection Equipment'... Call for Proposals Until April 2
Gyeonggi Province is launching a support project for the development of system semiconductor post-process assembly and inspection equipment (OSAT).
On the 6th, Gyeonggi Province announced that, in collaboration with the Korea Nano Technology Institute, it will hold the first open recruitment until April 2 for companies to participate in the ‘Post-Process (OSAT) Technology Development Support Project’ targeting startup companies in the system semiconductor field.
This project aims to resolve technical difficulties faced by startups during the post-process stage of technology development and product commercialization by providing support for ▲initial technology development (R&D) ▲advanced technology development (R&D) ▲technology consulting.
The initial stage will be supported with up to 10 million KRW, and the advanced stage with up to 40 million KRW.

Gyeonggi Province will do its best to support technology development, workforce training, and ecosystem establishment for the advancement of the system semiconductor industry."
