Sweet Spot, Kyochon F&B's New Brand 'Memildanpyeon' Exclusive Lease Agency
Data-Driven Optimal Space Connection by Brand
Providing Leasing Services
Retail proptech company Sweet Spot announced on the 4th that it has signed a contract with Kyochon F&B, the operator of Kyochon Chicken, to exclusively manage the lease brokerage for the new buckwheat cuisine brand "Memildanpyeon."
Sweet Spot has expanded its business to include lease brokerage services that connect brands with suitable retail spaces based on accumulated spatial data from over 8,000 popup store brokerage cases and numerous retail leasing agency projects.
To ensure the successful market entry of Memildanpyeon, newly launched by Kyochon F&B, Sweet Spot selected "Yeouido Finance Tower," an area with abundant surrounding demand, as the location for the first store, handling everything from building use changes to communication with landlords.
Starting with this contract, Sweet Spot plans to leverage its commercial district data analysis capabilities and internalize the retailer entry process to establish a lease brokerage service specialized in F&B and secure new clients.
