Korea Investment & Securities Hosts the 9th University Student Mock Investment Competition
한국금융지주 subsidiary Korea Investment & Securities announced on the 4th that it will hold the "9th Bankis University Student Mock Investment Competition."
This competition will select winners based on the combined return on investment in domestic and overseas stocks over 8 weeks from March 18 to May 10. A total prize of 13 million KRW will be awarded to 10 winners, including 5 million KRW for the first-place winner. Additionally, among the top 5 winners, students in their 3rd or 4th year will receive an exemption from the first document screening when applying to Korea Investment & Securities for one year.
Applications are open from March 4 to April 28. Any university or graduate student holding a Bankis account can participate, and all applicants will receive a coffee coupon. Furthermore, participants who engage in various events during the competition period, such as attendance checks, multiple alumni participation, first-time trading customers, and the UIC strongest club, will have a chance to win generous prizes through a lottery.
