Gyeonggi-do Provides Up to 14 Million KRW Support for SME Product Design Development and More
Gyeonggi Province will provide up to 14 million KRW to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with excellent technology for product design development.
On the 4th, Gyeonggi Province announced that it will promote the '2024 SME Product Design and Marketing Support Project,' which supports SMEs struggling with in-house design development to develop product and packaging designs by utilizing specialized design companies (universities).
Through this project, Gyeonggi Province will support up to 70% of the total development cost, with a maximum of 14 million KRW for product design and up to 7 million KRW for packaging design.
Twenty-three cities and counties in the province, including Goyang and Gwangmyeong, participated in this project. Factory registration is mandatory for the product design field, and those who meet the qualifications equivalent to factory registration are also eligible.
Companies wishing to participate in the project must submit the required documents, including a business plan, by the 25th through EasyBiz (www.egbiz.or.kr) online.
