Naver Cloud Migrates Infrastructure for 10 Games from Japanese Distributor and Online Portal Operations to Cloud
Naver Cloud announced on the 29th that it has transitioned the infrastructure of 10 games and 1 online portal operated by the Japanese game distributor 'G.O.P' to a cloud-based system and will provide services through its Japan region (multiple cloud data centers).
G.O.P is a distributor that services popular games such as ArcheAge, AVA, Chronos, Lost Ark, and the Japanese game portal Pmang JAPAN locally. To ensure stable service operation in the Japanese market, services that were previously operated on-premises with servers installed in-house were transitioned to a cloud environment with the support of Naver Cloud and cloud management service provider (MSP) ClouXus.
Naver Cloud assigned a Technical Account Manager (TAM) and provided customized credit programs optimized for game services to improve cost management and operational efficiency. Additionally, ClouXus deployed a dedicated operations team to provide prompt technical support.
