DB Insurance Accelerates Vietnam Strategy... Becomes Largest Shareholder of VNI and BSH
On the 27th, DB Insurance held a commemorative event at the JW Marriott Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, to officially launch as the largest shareholder of Vietnamese non-life insurance companies VNI (Vietnam National Aviation Insurance) and BSH (Saigon-Hanoi Insurance), the company announced on the 29th.
DB Insurance signed acquisition agreements with VNI and BSH, ranked 10th and 9th respectively in the Vietnamese non-life insurance market, in February and June of last year. The final contract was completed earlier this year.

Through this acquisition agreement, DB Insurance plans to further solidify its business foundation in the Vietnamese insurance market and continuously pursue its global growth strategy. VNI and BSH plan to leverage DB Insurance’s extensive insurance business experience, expertise, and advanced technological infrastructure to become leading companies in Vietnam and the Indochina Peninsula region.
