Lee Kyung-hee, the first deputy superintendent of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, stated, "Gyeonggi Province has a budget scale exceeding 20 trillion won and accounts for 43% of new school establishments nationwide, making it structurally difficult to achieve annual execution targets. We must improve the practice of delaying executable projects within the year and maximize the execution rate to work together for revitalizing the local economy."
