Pyeongtaek Youth Culture Center, Recruiting New Students for 'After-School Academy'
Learning Support, Experiential Activities, School Meals, and Support for Going Home
The Pyeongtaek Youth Culture Center in Gyeonggi-do is currently recruiting new students for the '2024 Youth After-School Academy' targeting 4th to 6th graders in elementary schools within the district.
The 'Youth After-School Academy' is a program that provides comprehensive care services such as academic support, experiential activities, meals, and transportation assistance for youth who need after-school care.
The number of recruits is limited to the first 40 applicants. Priority is given to youth from basic livelihood security recipients, near-poverty groups, single-parent families, grandparent-headed families, multicultural families, families with multiple children, and dual-income households. The program operates in two classes, with hours from 3:40 PM to 7:00 PM. Various programs such as math, sports, dance, choir, and art are offered.
