Hyundai Motor Company is strengthening electric vehicle purchase benefits by offering discounts of up to 7 million KRW on Ioniq models.
On the 23rd, Hyundai Motor announced that it has enhanced vehicle purchase benefits to reduce the price burden on electric vehicle buyers and to expand the domestic electric vehicle market.
Accordingly, the 'Ioniq 5' and 'Ioniq 6' vehicles can receive purchase benefits including ▲Hyundai Motor purchase benefits up to 7 million KRW (1.2 million KRW vehicle price discount, 0.8 million KRW electric vehicle charging credit, up to 5 million KRW monthly inventory discount) ▲government subsidy of 6.5 million KRW ▲additional subsidy of 0.4 million KRW proportional to the price discount.
The 'The All-New Kona Electric' can receive purchase benefits including ▲Hyundai Motor purchase benefits up to 3.8 million KRW (0.8 million KRW electric vehicle charging credit, up to 3 million KRW monthly inventory discount) ▲government subsidy of 6.17 million KRW ▲additional subsidy of 0.16 million KRW proportional to the price discount.
As of the previous day, when purchasing in Jeju Island, where local government subsidies have been confirmed, the actual vehicle purchase price is about 15 million KRW cheaper than the list price. Specifically, ▲Ioniq 5 Long Range Exclusive 2WD 19-inch model 54.1 million KRW → approximately 37.31 million KRW ▲Ioniq 6 Long Range Exclusive 2WD 18-inch model 56.05 million KRW → approximately 39.27 million KRW ▲The All-New Kona Electric Long Range Premium 2WD 17-inch model 47.52 million KRW → 34.54 million KRW.
