An active-duty police officer has been booked on charges of having sexual relations with a minor and recording the act on video.
On the 22nd, the Nowon Police Station in Seoul announced that they are investigating Sergeant A, a man in his 20s belonging to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Mobile Unit, on charges of violating the Youth Protection Act.
Sergeant A is accused of having sexual relations with a teenage female student he met through an application and recording the act on video.
