The detailed contents include emphasizing the principle of prioritizing crew safety and site safety confirmation procedures even in dangerous situations, teamwork and mutual support collaboration, and unification of the 'response stage issuance authority' under the site commander.
In particular, it urged focusing on accident prevention through the enforcement of the site commander-centered 'internal entry command authority,' which absolutely prohibits internal entry of site personnel without an entry order.
The head of the Jeju Fire Station Field Response Team said, “With the unification of the response stage issuance authority, the site commander can proactively issue response stages even before the damage from a large-scale disaster expands,” and added, “We plan to make every effort to ensure crew safety as well as disaster response through continuous education and training.”
