Korea Investment & Securities Signs Business Agreement with Garam and Taepyeongyang Appraisal Corporations
On the 20th, Korea Investment & Securities, a subsidiary of Korea Financial Group, announced on the 21st that it signed business agreements with Garam Appraisal Corporation and Taepyungyang Appraisal Corporation at its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, to strengthen real estate advisory services.
Through this agreement, Korea Investment & Securities plans to collaborate with each company to enhance expertise in asset valuation necessary for real estate advisory. Based on the credibility of the two largest appraisal firms in Korea, the company aims to advance its real estate advisory capabilities, including utilization of owned real estate, purchase and sale consulting, and risk review.
Korea Investment & Securities provides comprehensive real estate advisory services both domestically and internationally. It is expanding its service scope by collaborating with various specialized companies in fields such as proptech, architectural design, and shared offices, as well as utilizing its own professional workforce.
