Safety Management at Construction Sites and Creating an Honest Construction Environment
Geochang-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 20th that it held the 2024 Construction Stakeholders Meeting and Integrity Education at the Geochang-eup Office large conference room.
At the meeting, in accordance with Article 46 of the Construction Technology Promotion Act, time was taken to discuss site safety management and the creation of an integrity-focused construction site before the full-scale construction work begins in 2024.

The county urged the stakeholders to thoroughly inspect ground subsidence during the thawing period, slope erosion, and cracks in retaining walls and terraces. To improve the integrity of construction sites, they requested cooperation in eradicating improper solicitations and in the prudent execution of projects to revitalize the construction industry.
Kim Jeong-yeon, Director of the Construction and Transportation Division, emphasized, “Since construction sites are exposed to the risk of safety accidents, please ensure perfect safety management.”
