Gyeonggi Office of Education Holds Online English Education Workshop
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is hosting an online workshop on English education.
On the 19th, the Office announced that from the 20th to the 23rd of this month, it will operate the "Talk! Talk! Talk! English Education Online Workshop Where Class Ideas Burst" for teachers of elementary, middle, and high schools in the province to expand English classes using EduTech linked to the curriculum and international exchange.
This workshop will share various lectures, curriculum-linked international exchange operations by school level, and future-oriented English class cases using EduTech to create English education where class ideas burst through meetings (talk) with fellow teachers.
The lectures will cover topics such as ▲Curriculum-integrated international exchange project class "Time_Slip Project" ▲Globalist program (P.E.A.C.E) learning tomorrow through history ▲Creative dialogue leading to international exchange ▲English classes and assessments using EduTech to foster learner autonomy ▲Practical English classes and assessments for understanding "Reflective Students" and "In-depth Classes."

Jo Young-min, Director of the Convergence Education Policy Division at the Office of Education, stated, "There is a need to spread future-oriented foreign language education models that prepare for the rapidly changing educational environment," adding, "We will strive to realize foreign language education that develops future competencies through EduTech education and expands learning spaces inside and outside schools through international exchange."
