Minari, produced from mid-February to late March, is a plant that grows by overcoming the cold winter and is known as a vegetable rich in minerals and vitamins, beneficial for constipation and vascular diseases.
In particular, Changnyeong Hwawangsan Minari, grown in greenhouses using bedrock water drawn from 200 meters underground, has received eco-friendly certification, allowing consumers to enjoy it with confidence. The stems are thick and tender, offering a crisp texture and the unique aroma of minari. Hwawangsan Minari, which stimulates consumers' appetites, is currently sold at 13,000 KRW per 1 kg.
A county official stated, "We will continue to do our best to provide ongoing support and promotion for producing even cleaner minari that consumers can eat with peace of mind," adding, "We hope consumers will seek out Changnyeong's Hwawangsan Minari, known for its excellent texture and aroma."
