Energy Corporation Provides On-Site Support Including 'Energy Voucher' Usage by Visiting Elderly Households Directly
The Korea Energy Agency, together with Ulsan Ulju-gun Office, Ungchon-myeon, Hana Bank, and the Energy Love Association, conducted the 'Energy Voucher Care Service' sharing activity on the 7th.
Last December, the Agency signed a business agreement with Hana Bank and the Energy Love Association to promote the 'Visiting Energy Welfare Service' targeting households such as the elderly and disabled who have difficulties using energy vouchers. Accordingly, the Energy Voucher Care Service project was promoted through donation support for Hana Bank's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management practice.
Han Young-bae, Director of Regional Energy Welfare (second from the left), visited a household on the 7th to gather opinions for providing the 'Energy Voucher Care Service'.

Through this, the reasons for non-use of energy vouchers by each household were diagnosed, and customized on-site support services were provided, such as card reissuance support and accompaniment to administrative welfare centers for reapplication to enable actual use of energy vouchers. In particular, the Agency visited one of these households to listen to opinions for improving the energy voucher system and delivered window insulation sheets and daily necessities.
