The International Student Donation Group is open to international students enrolled in local universities who wish to participate in educational donations and promote their home country’s culture.
The educational donation groups are composed through institutional recommendations and individual applications. Those wishing to participate must complete application documents by the 23rd and submit them via official documents if institutionally recommended, or by mail or email to the Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education’s Education Cooperation Division if applying individually.
Applicants will be reviewed by a screening committee, and approximately 60 individuals and 40 international students will be selected. Results will be notified individually, and selected educational donors will carry out educational donation activities at various schools across the province from March to December.
The International Student Donation Group introduces their home country’s culture, traditions, and language to elementary schools in the province, providing opportunities to learn about world cultures and raise multicultural awareness.
