Yongin City's 'Hope Closet' Offers Free Interview Suit Rentals for Youth
Yongin City in Gyeonggi Province announced on the 5th that it will operate the 'Yongin Youth Hope Wardrobe' project, which provides free rental of interview suits for job-seeking youth.
The project targets youth aged 18 to 39 who are registered residents of Yongin. Men can rent jackets, pants, shirts, shoes, belts, neckties, and more for free, while women can rent jackets, pants, skirts, blouses, shoes, and more at no cost. Each rental period is 4 nights and 5 days, and individuals can rent up to 5 times per year.
After applying through the Yongin City Hall website and being selected as a beneficiary, applicants can rent suits from designated rental shops.
Meanwhile, in a satisfaction survey conducted last year with 1,601 users of this service, 97% responded that it helped with their job search activities.
