GH held a status review meeting attended by eight construction companies participating in private-participation apartment projects to check the project management status by district in response to external challenges such as rising prices, a high-interest-rate environment, housing market stagnation, and a downturn in the construction industry.
In particular, amid the recent project financing (PF) insolvency issues, including the workout initiation of Taeyoung Construction Co., Ltd., which has impacted the entire construction industry, GH urged the attending construction companies to do their utmost in project management to prevent issues such as subcontractor payment delays and wage arrears.
