View original imageThe Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will officially introduce the policy purchasing system starting February. To this end, the Office opened the policy proposal platform ‘ePolicy Market (www.epolicymarket.goe.go.kr)’ on the 31st.
The Office stated that it created the user-friendly policy proposal platform ‘ePolicy Market’ to operate the policy purchasing system, which discovers and adopts creative ideas or suggestions from students, parents, and residents as new policies.
The policy purchasing procedure proceeds as follows: the proposer ▲ writes and submits a proposal on ePolicy Market ▲ the relevant department reviews the proposal ▲ the review committee evaluates and decides on adoption ▲ the proposer of the adopted proposal receives an award and prize ▲ the relevant department reflects the policy.
Previously, the Office operated contests for ideas utilizing the Hi-Learning platform, the policy purchasing system, and short-form videos, selecting the ‘Hi-Learning School-specific Challenge and Quiz Competition’ proposal and the ‘Gyeonggi Education Policy Hotspot, Policy Purchasing System Promotional Video’ as gold and bronze prize winners, respectively.
In particular, to increase the adoption rate of policies, the Office conducted training for those in charge of using ePolicy Market to build consensus on the policy purchasing system.
Additionally, to aid understanding in the field, video materials about the policy purchasing system will be provided online, and a guide titled ‘ePolicy Market Understanding Guide’ will be distributed.
