Hana Bank Transfer Service Allowing Deposits to Up to 15 Accounts per Transaction
Hana Bank announced on the 26th that it has created a "Multi-Account Transfer Service" in its mobile application "Hana One Q," which allows users to deposit to multiple accounts simultaneously with a single transfer request. This service was developed by reflecting customer feedback received through the Hana One Q "Voice of the Customer" feature.
Additional information such as the amount per deposit account and memos can be entered uniformly or separately. Multiple accounts can be registered as groups according to the purpose of the transfer for convenient management.
This service is available in the Hana One Q inquiry and transfer menu. Even during a single transfer, pressing the "Add transfer to another account" button will connect to this service.
Additionally, a "Quick Menu Customization" feature has been added, allowing users to set up to four options from account inquiry, transfer, ATM withdrawal, Hana-Zero Pay, events, product mall, utility bills, mobile OTP, Hana One Q authentication, and One Q wallet in the quick menu that can be accessed by long-pressing the Hana One Q app on the home screen. In December last year, the service was revamped to enable direct connection from the Hana One Q main screen to major asset management services such as investment, payments, and pensions.
