Reading and Humanities Education Textbook Created by Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education Together with Field Teachers
View original imageThe Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is developing and distributing four types of reading humanities education materials in collaboration with on-site teachers.
The Office of Education announced on the 25th that it has developed and started distributing four reading humanities education materials to educational sites since early January, jointly created with on-site teachers: ▲ Reading is the Answer ▲ School Libraries Meet Classes ▲ Gyeonggi Solsol~ Reading Breeze ▲ Book Stories with Masterpieces [Painters].
These educational materials were produced to support the operation of various reading-based integrated and convergent projects, containing lesson designs and practical cases based on reading by on-site teachers.
The distributed materials have been posted in the Integrated Materials Room of the Convergent Education Policy Division of the Office of Education and on Gyeonggi Education Moa (https://more.goe.go.kr/).

Jo Young-min, head of the Convergent Education Policy Division at the Office of Education, explained, "This collection contains diverse stories of reading education practices by on-site teachers," adding, "It will help establish a student-led reading culture and broaden the horizons of life through reading humanities education."
