To realize a paperless plenary hall, the Daegu Metropolitan Council will introduce an electronic meeting system starting from this extraordinary session. Although approximately 60 million KRW was spent annually on reports and handouts related to plenary sessions, the introduction of the electronic meeting system is expected to reduce printing costs and enable council members to quickly search for materials from their seats, contributing to more efficient meeting management.
