To this end, the University Job Plus Center at National Pukyong National University (Director Kim Tae-gyu) recruited about 40 third- and fourth-year students and began providing customized mock recruitment processes for public and private companies starting from the 9th.
Participating students submitted resumes and self-introduction letters applying to the public and private companies they wish to work for through a dedicated mock recruitment platform, and were notified of pass or fail results according to each company’s evaluation criteria.
The University Job Plus Center conducted feedback education based on document screening evaluation criteria on the 16th and 17th, respectively, and on the 18th, written tests such as the NCS exam for public companies and aptitude tests for private companies were also conducted.
On the 22nd and 23rd, the results of the written test were announced, and problem-solving education by test type was provided for feedback. From the 24th, mock interviews will be held, followed by announcements of successful candidates and feedback education.
