IDIS Powertel LTE Wireless Device 'Razer TX'... Durability and Features Enhanced
'Razer T2' Upgrade Model Released
Waterproof and Dustproof Features Equipped... Video Radio Communication Available
Idis Powertel announced on the 17th that it will launch the rugged LTE wireless device 'Rugger TX,' suitable for use in harsh working environments.
The Rugger TX is an upgraded model of the existing Rugger T2. It offers superior durability compared to standard walkie-talkies, making it specialized for industries with extensive outdoor work environments.
It provides clear video communication and speaker output, featuring IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof capabilities. The camera resolution has been improved to 5 megapixels on the front and 13 megapixels on the rear, and the screen size has been increased to 2.8 inches.
To support high-definition video communication and large-capacity application operation, it adopts the Qualcomm QCM2290 chipset and 3 gigabytes of RAM, while the front speaker output has been increased to 3 watts.
For enhanced user convenience, a dial-type knob has also been introduced. The knob, used to adjust communication channels or volume on standard walkie-talkies, is a useful feature for workers performing tasks while wearing gloves.
The launch price is set the same as the existing Rugger T2, which is expected to reduce the cost burden for companies.
