20s Doctor Caught Stitching Patient's Wound While Intoxicated
A doctor in his 20s was caught suturing a patient's wound while intoxicated.
According to the Gangdong Police Station in Seoul on the 13th, Dr. A, a doctor in his 20s working at a general hospital in Gangdong-gu, treated the facial wound of a patient in his 60s around 11 p.m. the previous day.
The patient reported to the police, suspecting that "the surgeon was intoxicated," and it was confirmed that Dr. A was indeed under the influence of alcohol. Dr. A reportedly admitted, "I drank beer during dinner."
