Yang Bu-nam, Gwangju Seo-gu Eul Preliminary Candidate, Pledges Policy Election... 'Advisory Committee' Launched
Yang Bu-nam, a preliminary candidate for the National Assembly in the Seo-gu (Eul) electoral district of Gwangju Metropolitan City, has pledged to run a policy-focused campaign and launched a policy advisory committee to discuss local issues.
The advisory committee consists of a total of 19 members, organized into three subcommittees: National Policy Response, Local Issues, and Policy Pledges. Lee Young-cheon, Honorary Professor at Honam University, and Koo Moon-jung, Director of the Gwangju Metropolitan City Youth Center, serve as co-chairs.
The committee prioritized discussing policies to improve the quality of life for residents of Seo-gu Eul, addressing the incompetence of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration's pursuit of fairness and common sense, as well as local issues.
Lee Young-cheon, chair of the advisory committee, expressed his aspirations, saying, “All of us on the advisory committee share a sense of responsibility as if we were Yang Bu-nam ourselves, and we will work to develop the most necessary policies and pledges tailored to Seo-gu Eul.”
