[CES 2024] HL Clemoove Unveils Specialized HPC for Each Autonomous Driving Stage
Real-time Processing of Perception Sensor Data such as Cameras and Radars
Big Data Computing Power at Supercomputer Level
Autonomous driving company HL Clemoove announced on the 11th that it unveiled its next-generation high-performance computing (HPC) product lineup at CES 2024, the world's largest electronics and IT exhibition.
The company decided to develop full-scale HPC by adopting Qualcomm Technologies' Snapdragon Ride platform. The newly unveiled product is a high-performance autonomous driving platform applying Qualcomm's single chipset. The HPC, which integrates both hardware and software into one, can be seen as a single product that consolidates dozens of electronic control units (ECUs).
HL Clemoove's HPC processes perception sensor data such as cameras, radar, and LiDAR in real time. Its big data computing capability is at the supercomputer level. The company explained that the HPC operation, which depends on the performance of a single chipset, is also state-of-the-art.
