Return to JLPGA Tour at the End of February After U.S. Training
An Shin-ae, returning to the Japan Ladies Professional Golf Association (JLPGA) Tour, has found a reliable sponsor.
An Shin-ae's management company, IB Sports, announced on the 9th that "An Shin-ae will be sponsored by the Hirata Group this season." The Hirata Group is a manufacturer of home appliances and automotive parts. It operates businesses across Asia, including Japan and Korea. An Shin-ae will wear the Hirata Group logo on the left collar of her top while competing on the JLPGA Tour. She expressed her gratitude, saying, "I sincerely thank the Hirata Group for deciding to sponsor me. I will do my best to show a good performance."

In December last year, An Shin-ae secured her spot for the 2024 season by finishing 15th in the JLPGA Tour Qualifying Tournament (QT). This marks her return to the Japanese stage after five years since 2019. She will leave for training camp in the United States in mid-month and will participate in the JLPGA Tour Daikin Orchid Ladies Tournament at the end of February.
