Hankyung Association Simplifies Job Grade System to 3 Levels... "Strengthening Horizontal Communication"
The Korea Economic Leaders Association (hereinafter referred to as HanKyungHyup) announced on the 7th that it has simplified its existing six-level rank system to three levels to strengthen horizontal communication.
Accordingly, the rank system, which was previously divided into Senior Manager, Manager, Deputy General Manager, Section Chief, Senior Researcher, and Researcher, has been simplified to Senior, Senior Researcher, and Researcher.
HanKyungHyup announced department head appointments and employee promotions simultaneously with the rank system reorganization.
