Suwon City Opens Applications for Small-Scale Multi-Family Housing Support Project... Until the End of This Month
The city of Suwon in Gyeonggi Province will accept applications for the ‘Small-scale Multi-family Housing Support Project’ from the 15th to the 31st of this month.
The Small-scale Multi-family Housing Support Project is a program that provides partial financial support for the maintenance and repair of common areas within multi-family housing complexes with fewer than 30 households.
Eligible applicants are small-scale multi-family housing complexes with fewer than 30 households that have been approved for use for more than 15 years, including apartments, row houses, and multi-family houses approved under the Building Act.
Selected housing complexes will receive support for necessary repairs and maintenance of common facilities within the complex, including ▲safety measures for outdoor structures (such as stone retaining walls, retaining walls, fences, etc.) ▲waterproofing and maintenance work on rooftop common areas ▲repair of exterior wall cracks ▲repair of roads, sidewalks, and security lights within the premises ▲dredging of rainwater and sewage pipes (excluding pipes inside buildings) ▲improvement, repair, and reinforcement of common facilities.
The total project budget is 320 million KRW. The amount supported per complex is up to 20 million KRW, which is 80% of the total construction cost excluding value-added tax.

Applications must be submitted with the consent of at least two co-representatives and approval from ‘two-thirds or more’ of the owners listed in the building registry.
