[Weather] Rain or Snow Nationwide Tomorrow... Fine Dust in the Seoul Metropolitan Area 'Bad'

On Wednesday the 3rd, rain or snow is expected in most parts of the country.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on the 2nd, rain or snow will fall from dawn to morning in the Jeolla region, southern Gyeongbuk region, and Gyeongnam region; from dawn to afternoon in Jeju Island; and from morning to afternoon in the Seoul metropolitan area, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, and the Chungbuk region.
Expected precipitation amounts are around 1mm in Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, and northern Chungbuk; less than 5mm in inland and mountainous Gangwon, Jeonbuk, Gwangju, Jeonnam, Daegu, southern Gyeongbuk, Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo; and 5 to 20mm in Jeju Island.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between -2 and 4 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs between 2 and 10 degrees Celsius. Fine dust levels will be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, Gwangju, and Jeonbuk, while other regions will see 'moderate' levels. Daegu and Gyeongbuk are expected to have 'bad' levels in the morning, and Gangwon Yeongseo, Jeonnam, and Jeju areas at night.

Sea waves will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the coastal waters of the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea. In the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline), wave heights will be 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the East Sea, West Sea, and South Sea.
