RaonSecure Appoints Lee Jeong-a as CEO... Establishes Dual CEO System
RaonSecure is transitioning to a co-CEO system to enhance management efficiency and business competitiveness.
IT security and authentication platform company RaonSecure (CEO Lee Soon-hyung) announced on the 2nd through a public disclosure that Lee Jung-ah has been appointed as the new CEO. The new CEO Lee Jung-ah holds a master's degree in business administration from Yonsei University Graduate School of Business and is a leading domestic security expert with over 30 years of experience in the security industry.
She joined RaonSecure in 2013 after working at LG Information & Communications, Korea Fujitsu, and SoftForum. Since joining RaonSecure, she has served concurrently as CEO of RaonWhiteHat and President of RaonSecure until last year, and is credited with growing RaonSecure into a leading company in the security solution field and a synonym for white-hacker enterprises.
CEO Lee Jung-ah was recognized for her contributions to the development and strengthening of national information protection by receiving the ‘Presidential Citation for Information Protection Merit’ in 2021. She is currently appointed as a member of the ‘Information and Communication Strategy Committee,’ a policy decision-making body in the information and communication sector.
Through the appointment of CEO Lee Jung-ah, RaonSecure plans to further strengthen its security business competitiveness and accelerate its leap into a global company. While solidifying the foundation of its existing security solution business, the company also aims to transition to SaaS-based security solutions incorporating cloud technology. Furthermore, it plans to develop new businesses focusing on future growth engines such as lattice-based cryptography and homomorphic encryption.
