Russian forces launched large-scale airstrikes across Ukraine, resulting in dozens of casualties.
On the 29th (local time), AFP reported that Russian airstrikes occurred in Ukraine's capital Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, and other areas.
Authorities stated, "At least 9 people have died and dozens have been injured."
In Kharkiv, where a total of 22 missile strikes were launched, at least 1 person was killed and 8 were injured, while 7 people were injured in Kyiv.
Two people died in Odesa, and four died in Dnipro.
Damage such as building collapses is also ongoing. In Kyiv, a subway station used as a civilian shelter collapsed after being hit by a missile, and in Kharkiv, hospitals and residential buildings were damaged.
