Opening of 'Raicon Town' Innovation Startup Spaces for Small Businesses in Asan and Sejong
Exhibition, Communication, Experience, and Education Complex Space
On the 29th, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced the opening of 'LICORN Town' Asan and Sejong branches, supporting the startups and innovation of small business owners in the Chungnam and Sejong areas. LICORN Town is a startup space that has been restructured from the New Business Startup Academy's trial startup stores for prospective small business owners into a multi-purpose space for exhibition, communication, experience, and education to help local entrepreneurial small business owners with their startups and innovation.
The newly opened LICORN Town Asan and Sejong branches were established in 2022 in collaboration with Chungcheongnam-do and Sejong City to revitalize local idle spaces as part of urban regeneration efforts.
The Asan and Sejong branches consist of coworking spaces, shared offices, exhibition spaces, shared kitchens, studios, and more, and are available for use by any local small business owner.
