Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education Announces 2024 Secondary Teacher Appointment 'First Passers'
Final Selection of 449 Candidates, 921 Passed
The Jeollanam-do Office of Education announced the list of 921 successful candidates who passed the first round of the 2024 academic year secondary teacher candidate selection competition on the 28th.
In this exam, which will select a total of 449 candidates (336 for public schools, 113 for private schools), 2,690 people took the test, showing an average competition rate of 6.75 to 1. Among them, 483 public school candidates and 438 private school candidates passed the first round.
The successful candidates must submit the relevant certificates either in person or by mail from the 29th until the 2nd of next month.
Individual pass status and scores for the first exam can be checked on the Jeollanam-do Office of Education's NEIS online staff recruitment system until the 12th of next month. The second exam's practical evaluation will be held from the 17th to the 18th of next month, the teaching demonstration on the 23rd, and the in-depth interview for teaching aptitude on the 24th.

The final successful candidates will be announced on February 8th on the Jeollanam-do Office of Education website.
