Hanwha Advanced Materials Newly Obtains Family-Friendly Company Certification
Hanwha Advanced Materials announced on the 26th that it has newly obtained the 'Family-Friendly Certification' organized by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certification is a system that grants certification to companies that exemplary operate family-friendly systems such as support for childbirth and childcare, and flexible working hours, in order to create a family-friendly workplace culture that harmonizes work and family life.
Hanwha Advanced Materials obtained the Family-Friendly Certification for the first time after undergoing document screening, interviews with top management, employee satisfaction surveys, and on-site inspections by the institution.
Since 2019, Hanwha Advanced Materials has been implementing a 4-week 'Dad Leave' system that allows both parents to participate in childcare after the birth of a child.
In addition, various family-friendly systems for work-life balance have been introduced, including ▲selective compensatory leave system ▲family care leave ▲sabbatical leave ▲maternity leave ▲child education support ▲parental leave ▲flexible working hours.
