Shooting Incidents Occur Across US Cities Even on Christmas Day
During the Christmas holiday period, fatal shootings occurred in various parts of the United States.
According to the Associated Press on the 24th (local time), a shooting broke out around 4:34 p.m. on Christmas Eve at a shopping center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

At around 3 a.m. that day in Houston, Texas, a shooting occurred following a verbal altercation in front of a club. Isaiah Parker, a man in his 20s, was shot multiple times and died at the scene. Local broadcaster ABC13 reported, citing family members, that the deceased had come to the club with his brothers and was attacked there.
The day before, a shooting took place at Paddock Mall in Ocala, about 129 km northwest of Orlando, Florida. One man died, and one woman sustained a gunshot wound to the leg.

Mike Balken, chief of the Ocala Police Department, stated that the deceased was shot multiple times in what appeared to be a targeted attack, and it did not seem to be a mass shooting. The suspect abandoned the firearm and fled. Police have obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect on charges including premeditated first-degree murder.
