He continued, "I will restore the housing ladder so that ordinary citizens can nurture hope for homeownership, and further expand a detailed housing safety net for vulnerable groups." Regarding innovation at the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), he said, "Drawing on my experience as president, I will accurately identify the root causes and swiftly and precisely excise the problematic parts."

He added, "By promptly expanding the metropolitan area-wide transportation network, we will create a super metropolitan mega-city, ensuring fair opportunities and mobility rights for everyone living anywhere in the Republic of Korea."
In the transportation sector, he stated, "We will prepare without delay for the opening of the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Area Express Train (GTX) era, and strengthen efforts to reduce transportation costs and support transportation-vulnerable groups through the introduction of K-Pass and expansion of low-floor buses." He also expressed determination to secure a leading position in the future mobility market with high growth potential, such as urban air mobility (UAM) and autonomous vehicles.
