SBI Savings Bank Introduces Voice Conversion Service... "Convenience for Financially Vulnerable Groups Up"
On the 11th, SBI Savings Bank announced that it has introduced a 'Voice Conversion Barcode Solution' to enhance convenience for financially vulnerable groups such as the visually impaired and the elderly.
The voice conversion barcode solution is a service that converts documents into voice when scanning barcodes embedded in the documents, enabling customers who have difficulty reading documents, such as the visually impaired and those with low vision, to conveniently handle financial tasks. It also provides a foreign language translation function to improve convenience for foreign customers.
The service is currently applied to contract documents, and there are plans to expand it to cover all financial services in the future.
