NS Home Shopping announced on the 11th that it has received CCM certification for the 8th consecutive time at the '2023 CCM Excellent Certified Companies Awards and Certificate Ceremony' hosted by the Korea Consumer Agency.
NS Home Shopping received the Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification for the 8th consecutive time at the 2023 CCM certification ceremony.

CCM (Consumer Centered Management) is a system that certifies every two years whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improves related management activities. The certification is granted by the Fair Trade Commission and evaluated and operated by the Korea Consumer Agency.
In this CCM re-certification evaluation, NS Home Shopping received high marks for providing differentiated consultation services through an upgraded quality evaluation system. Regarding customer center operations, the company earned high scores for sharing CCM reports that manage daily received VOCs, surging keywords, and product-specific VOCs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis with all employees, leading to service and process improvements.
