Doosan Enerbility Files Injunction Lawsuit Against Institutional Bidder Qualification Sanctions
Doosan announced on the 8th that its subsidiary Doosan Enerbility will be restricted from participating in bids for national, local government, and public institutions for four months, from the 15th of this month until April 14 of next year.
Doosan explained that the suspension was due to violations of "Article 27, Paragraph 1, Item 9 of the National Contract Act, and Article 76, Paragraph 2, Item 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act."
The sales amount to the relevant client is 1,633.3 million KRW, accounting for 10.59% of the company's recent sales.

Doosan stated, "We plan to file a 'request for suspension of effect and a lawsuit to cancel the sanction (main case)' regarding the administrative disposition," adding, "If a provisional injunction to suspend the effect of the administrative disposition is granted, there will be no impact on the eligibility to participate in bids until the judgment on the cancellation lawsuit of the administrative disposition is made."
