Seven Eleven partners with I Jang-woo to launch 'Ubul Sikdang Instant Udon'
Ujangwoo's Tadegi Sauce
Realizes Udon Flavor of 'Ubulsikdang'
Seven Eleven announced on the 6th that it has launched the ‘Seven Select Ubul Sikdang Instant Udon,’ a collaboration with ‘Ubul Sikdang’ operated by actor Lee Jang-woo.
Ubul Sikdang is an instant udon and bulgogi specialty restaurant directly operated by actor Lee Jang-woo near Garak Market in Songpa, Seoul. It quickly became a local favorite with long lines thanks to its unique combination of Korean-style spicy instant udon and sweet bulgogi. The instant udon, flavored with a special sauce made by Lee Jang-woo himself, is especially famous.
The ‘Seven Select Ubul Sikdang Instant Udon’ is a convenience store product version of the instant udon sold at the actual Ubul Sikdang. It uses the secret sauce made by Lee Jang-woo himself, allowing customers to enjoy the authentic spicy instant udon flavor of Ubul Sikdang. Instead of regular udon noodles, Chinese-style noodles are used to enhance the texture, and ingredients such as seasoned sauce, crown daisy, and fried tofu are used instead of katsuobushi, perfectly replicating the taste and appearance of Korean-style instant udon. The product packaging also features the Ubul Sikdang sign logo, preserving the feel of the local favorite restaurant.

Seven Eleven expects a positive response from customers for the Seven Select Ubul Sikdang Instant Udon, released in collaboration with the talented actor Lee Jang-woo, timed for the winter season when sales of warm soup convenience foods increase.
