Kyobo Securities Partners with Art Fragment Investment Platform Tessa
Kyobo Securities announced on the 5th that it has signed a comprehensive memorandum of understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation in the STO (Security Token Offering) business with Tessa, an art piece fractional investment platform.
Kyobo Securities established the DT Strategy Department this year to accelerate digital innovation and is focusing on expanding digital-based financial services such as security tokens (ST) and carbon emission rights businesses. According to the MOU, both companies plan to cooperate to maximize synergy through ▲launching exclusive investment products based on blue-chip steady-seller artworks ▲establishing a non-face-to-face account opening process and service linkage ▲joint marketing partnerships and opening art investment education programs.
